Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, such as a home value request, a buyer match, a request for case studies or a team application, we collect what you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number, property address and message.

If you call, text or email us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can help you.

Information collected automatically

We use privacy-focused analytics to count visits. It records the pages viewed, the referring site, and your browser, device type, language and approximate location (country or region). It uses no cookies or advertising identifiers and does not identify you personally.

When a page loads, the site sets one small cookie used only to block automated spam sent through our forms. Like any website, our hosting provider also processes your IP address and basic technical data to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

How we use information

We use your information to answer your request and provide real estate services, such as home valuations, buyer searches and selling your home; to follow up by phone, text or email as described below; to send market updates and listings you may find useful, which you can opt out of at any time; to understand and improve the site; to prevent spam and fraud; and to meet our legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share it only as needed to serve you: with the agents on our team and our brokerage, Keller Williams Realty; with service providers that work on our behalf, including our website host (Cactal), which stores form submissions, emails them to us and screens them for spam with automated tools, our client relationship management system (Brivity), where we keep contact details and send follow-ups, and our phone, text and email providers; and with professionals such as lenders, attorneys or inspectors only when you ask us to connect you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our team or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Calls, texts and email

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request and our services, including with automated or prerecorded messages, as you agreed when you submitted the form. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by calling (203) 550-6039.

Property search and client portal

Our property search, saved searches, market reports and client portal are provided by Brivity on separate fixandfashion.com subdomains. Information you enter there is handled under the privacy policy posted on those pages.

Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow other companies to track your activity across websites through this site. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we treat every visitor the same way whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (203) 550-6039 or writing to us at the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law, including Connecticut's data privacy law where it applies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
